I&#8217;ve been denied my claim to get assistance paying my $8,000 hospital bill. He said he scrounged the manual to look for any way to avoid including Love&#8217;s income but in all circumstances &#8211; even if it&#8217;s just roommates &#8211; total household income MUST be counted. So even though my bill is more then I made for the entire year last year, I am not eligible.<\/p>\n<p>So I have a total of $9,476 that I&#8217;m responsible for between the hospital, the radiologist and the ER physician.
