Sunday night I wasn’t feeling well. Very run down and tired. By about 2:00am Monday morning, I suddenly got sick. Threw up violently. Things got worse from there. For the next three hours, I couldn’t leave the bathroom and not to be too gross, it was a “both ends” kind of situation.<\/p>\n
By about 5:30am it was clear it wasn’t getting better. I was feverish, shaky, sweating and really getting scared. Couldn’t keep anything down. So Love rushed me to the ER.<\/p>\n
They don’t know if it was severe food poisoning or a viral stomach flu going around (I guess a local school actually had to shut down a couple days because of it) but either way, they gave me IV fluids and meds. Kept me for a few hours and then discharged me with more meds to take at home.<\/p>\n
I slept literally the entire day yesterday. Today, I’m up a little more but the meds make me dizzy and sleepy so this is the first time I’ve even turned on the PC since Sunday. I obviously also did not get a chance to mail out orders so if you’re waiting on something, I apologize. It will probably be another day or two. I’m not allowed to drive on the meds I’m on due to the dizziness.<\/p>\n
It was terrifying how sick I was. I was so scared and it just wouldn’t stop. Love is fine; he didn’t get whatever this is and he took the day off yesterday from work since obviously, he had to get me to the emergency room about the normal time he’d be leaving for work.<\/p>\n
