The large, airy room still feels cozy and warm with it’s soft lighting and music.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\nWhen most people think of massage, they’re thinking of Swedish Massage; the light, soft touch, relaxation kind. It’s a valid and enjoyable form of massage but it’s not the only type.<\/p>\n
I get what’s known as “Deep Tissue Massage.” This is much more therapeutic in nature and helps physically to loosen up knots in muscles. It’s the kind of massage you’re actually a little sore afterwards but in a good way because you get improved range of movement and some relief from those painful trigger spots.<\/p>\n
I have never experienced any LMT who was able to so quickly hone in on the problem spots! She knows so much about physiology and truly has a rare passion for helping people. I can’t recommend her enough. <\/p>\n
