Ok, I've started a new campaign on the domain. (hey, that sorta rhymes)

I hate Cingular Wireless and here's why

See, to me, there's something wrong with your service not working for months, you reporting it multiple times, promises made to correct it and instead service turned off. And then, when you try to actually pay your bill and try to resolve the issue once and for all, you're told that no, you have to pay PLUS sign an entirely new contract as a new customer instead of just reinstating your service.

I have a problem with being told by the customer service agent that I'm lying since I obviously was able to use my phone just fine during the day despite the fact that it's 25 miles away from my house in a different city all together and that I was reporting problems at HOME in my HOME city.

I have a problem with being told that since I cancelled my service - no I didn't, you people turned it off - that I can't reinstate it, but that they'll happily take my money from me. And I have a problem with them telling me that if I don't pay for service I didn't get, they'll report me to the collection agencies.

I have problems with Cingular Wireless. And I'm not the only one. I've filed an FCC Complaint and they now have 30 days to respond. The new and liberated M. Not taking crap from people and companies anymore.
