A great many of you have asked that the minimum check amount be raised from $10 to a higher amount because of the fees you are charged for cashing checks. In response, checks will now be issued once you reach $25 in commissions due. You also have the option of choosing higher thresholds. If you wish to still get checks at the $10 amount through the end of the year - simply log in and visit the Payee tab to update your setting to $10 by November 7th.
Does CafePress think we're stupid? Yes, I'm sure they had "a great many" people ask for a higher minimum check payment limit. Yes, CafePress, PLEASE make it harder for me to actually get PAID from the items I sell. Riiiight. And you have the balls to try to call it a "feature?" Uh hu. *bullshit*
Had a busy day. Ran around like mad. Just got home from Annual Pumpkin Carving! Weeee! I took a TON of pics so look for a gallery late tonight or tomorrow. For now, just checking in and had to mention the CafePress thing for it's sheer audacity. If you use them, go change your limit back now while you can. Then you can join me in waiting - hoping - to ever qualify for a check by them.
