I'm such a slacker on the weekends; rarely do I post in my journal and rarely do I get around to the boards and such. Not that anything overly interesting goes on during my weekends, but I generally do leave the house for a couple hours, so that's at least something.

Saturday we ran around with Rand and he finally bought himself a tv (a 16:9 hdtv) at Best Buy, got some end tables at Target, and then we picked up some toilet paper at Costco. Then we watched DareDevil on dvd (Rand picked it up for $15.99 at Best Buy while we were there). Saturday night we went to a restaurant/bar place to meet up with some friends for one of their birthday parties. Discovered that even in a mixed fruit daiquiri type drink, (sans the rum), tequila is just flat out, fucking nasty. I must have managed no more then like three sips of my $8 damned drink. Grr.

Today, I cooked up a lasagna - yeah, believe it or not, I'm actually quite good at making it - and we watched an episode of Highlander: Season 2 (we bought it for Rand for his birthday on Wednesday) and StarGate: SG-1 Season Three. Pretty thrilling day overall. *yawns* Love and I are thinking of watching Back to the Future: Part 1 now, so I guess I'll close this thing out for now.
