Blogroll Me!
There are people on the net that have nothing better to do
with their time
then be nasty to other people online. They post rude comments, spend hours
a day talking about sites they hate so much, that they well, spend hours a
day talking about them. (lame) They mock the owners and posters for their
opinions and their right to free speech. They expect everyone to fit into
their narrow-minded little world view or else they throw a temper tantrum.
To these people I say grow up.
Here's a bit of info people...the web is
a HUGE place. If you don't like what I say here, or who I am, or what I
do, or talk about, or what I look like, or the color of my hair, or
whatever asinine thing you dwell on, go somewhere else. It's
really, really easy. Honest. You just click the little "x" in
the corner of your browser and *poof* the offending, big, mean and nasty
site has disappeared.
I pay for this site. It's mine. That
means I can use it for whatever the hell I want to. Don't like it if I'm
bitching about something in my life? Oh fucking well. Go somewhere else.
Think I'm stupid for expressing my thoughts? Too fucking bad, don't read
them. Somewhere along the line, someone forgot this simple fact: Live
and let live Don't like me, cool, fine, whatever, I don't care.
This journal is NOT for you. It's for me. I'm not in it for popularity or
fame or anything stupid like that. I write it because I need to write and
express myself and get things out of my head sometimes. So read or don't,
it doesn't matter, but don't waste my time (or yours) bitching about it.

Smells Sweet
So, thanks to Orb, I found this great site with all these yummy fragrance oils. And there are so many I want! Like Angel Food Cake and Pineapple (which I LOVE and own an almost gone Yankee candle of this scent). They're all of like $5ish a 2oz bottle which is a good deal. But two bottles equal almost $8 in shipping. *sighs* So, I can't quite justify getting any yet. Though I really want to. Maybe I'll have to try to save up and get a few at a time to balance out the product cost to shipping cost ratio. There are so many yummy ones. Honey, Almond and Vanilla, Oatmeal, Milk and Honey, Black Raspberry, Plum, Vanilla, Pearberry - oh man, I could eat it all up! I hate when shipping is expensive. Not that I should be buying scents, but... *whimpers* Ya know, I've been trying to find pretty much exactly this for about a year now. I didn't even get a chance to get a new oil from the Renn Faire this year. There wasn't anything that was winning me over and I didn't have a lot of time to figure out a custom mix. (It's hard because the vendor I got my vanilla caramel from last year wasn't there and the ones that were there were very low on the food/yummy/sweet scents. All yucky musks.) On the non scent side of things, if anyone's looking for an SD memory card, Best Buy has a great sale going on through Friday. 256 meg SD card for $29 with $10 rebate and free shipping. Not too shabby! I bought mine last year for about...oh...$65 and it was a damned good deal. Of course, the price has gone down now, but still, it's normal price is $45. So, for a net of $19.99, it's worth passing along to anyone who needs one. I'd like to get one myself, but I don't think it's in the budget. (Unfortunately.) And what would an entry be without a funny photo? Yes, it actually says, "Do not deliver to an intoxicated person." My question? Whyever not? If they're getting it delivered at home, at least they're not out on the road driving to get more booze! (The back story? Love had picked up a bottle of wine from the store a few weeks ago and it was bad so we wrote the company and they fed-ex'd an entirely new bottle. This "special delivery" sticker was on it. I just found it really funny.) And...one more for good measure. (I told you I had a bunch of photos that had been sitting around on my camera forever!) Vampire Penguin! He was a custom order. Too amusing, hu? Love went back to work today. Sad for both of us. I've had a miserable headache all day. Then again, it's to be expected. This week is always riddled with a week-long migraine fest. Joy of being female. (And yeah, that was sarcasm.) So I spent my day laying around and getting exactly nothing accomplished. Go me. Alright, I've really reached my babbled quota, so I'll close out for now. 'Night.
