There are people on the net that have nothing better to do with their time
then be nasty to other people online. They post rude comments, spend hours
a day talking about sites they hate so much, that they well, spend hours a
day talking about them. (lame) They mock the owners and posters for their
opinions and their right to free speech. They expect everyone to fit into
their narrow-minded little world view or else they throw a temper tantrum.
To these people I say grow up.
Here's a bit of info people...the web is
a HUGE place. If you don't like what I say here, or who I am, or what I
do, or talk about, or what I look like, or the color of my hair, or
whatever asinine thing you dwell on, go somewhere else. It's
really, really easy. Honest. You just click the little "x" in
the corner of your browser and *poof* the offending, big, mean and nasty
site has disappeared.
I pay for this site. It's mine. That
means I can use it for whatever the hell I want to. Don't like it if I'm
bitching about something in my life? Oh fucking well. Go somewhere else.
Think I'm stupid for expressing my thoughts? Too fucking bad, don't read
them. Somewhere along the line, someone forgot this simple fact: Live
and let live Don't like me, cool, fine, whatever, I don't care.
This journal is NOT for you. It's for me. I'm not in it for popularity or
fame or anything stupid like that. I write it because I need to write and
express myself and get things out of my head sometimes. So read or don't,
it doesn't matter, but don't waste my time (or yours) bitching about it.

And Blingo Was His Nameo
Ok guys, you have a new, New Year's Resolution. Sign In and Use Blingo Or, if you haven't signed up already, Create and Account and THEN Use Blingo.. Because here's the thing. Of 34 Blingo friends, only EIGHT of you have signed in to Blingo within the last 30 days. Come on guys, that's just sad! In case you missed it or forgot, Blingo is a search engine. It uses Google for it's search results. But, and this is the cool part, you can randomly win prizes for searching. No, really. You can make an account - all it takes is an email address and you won't be spammed on it - and use it like you would google. Whenever you need a search, simply use Blingo. They randomly pick people every day to win prizes. Stuff like Sony PSP or iPods or Movie Tickets or Visa Gift Cards. The best part is that when you win, so does your friend. Double the prizes. I've won twice - movie tickets - because my friend won. It's like twice as many chances to win. It's not a scam. It's not a spam site. There's no pop-ups or anything. It's powered by google so you get great results. And it's totally and completely free. So go sign up if you haven't already or log in if you have. And for crying out loud, use it! You can make it even easier by installing either a toolbar for IE or adding it to your Firefox quicksearch. (Info here.) I added a quick link in my firefox toolbar so whenever I need a search, I just click the button. After you make your own account, you can also invite friends yourself. So that your friends will help you win prizes too. It's really a win-win situation. I can't stress enough that this is not a scam. Having won twice myself I can completely confirm that it's legit. So you're New Year's Resolution is to Sign In and Use Blingo Or, Create and Account and THEN Use Blingo. Simple as that. :)
