I kept waking up in a panicked worry that it was &#8220;late&#8221; and I&#8217;d check the clock only to see it was really early, so I&#8217;d go back to sleep only to have it happen again.<\/p>\n<p>The thing is, I have <I>nothing<\/i> going on today that&#8217;s time sensitive, so there&#8217;s no time that would have been late. No reason to worry about what exact time it is or anything. But all morning long it was&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Wake up, startled, worried, afraid I overslept &#8211; look at clock: <B>8am<\/b>. Oh, ok, that&#8217;s good. Roll over, go back to sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Wake up, startled, worried, afraid I overslept &#8211; look at clock: <B>8:30am<\/b>. Oh, ok, that&#8217;s good. Roll over, go back to sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Wake up, startled, worried, afraid I overslept &#8211; look at clock: <B>9am<\/b>. Oh, ok, that&#8217;s good. Roll over, go back to sleep.<\/p>\n<p>Wake up, startled, worried, afraid I overslept &#8211; look at clock: <B>9:30am<\/b>. Oh, ok, that&#8217;s good. Roll over, go back to sleep.<\/p>\n<p>WTF brain?? What is wrong with you today? Being startled out of sleep once sucks, but over and over every half hour??
