Love slept for a few hours. Made him a sandwich. Then a second. He’s still queasy but at least he’s got some food in him. My stomach is still highly miserable but I’ve managed to stay out of the bathroom for a record 3 hours now. We went to pick up his car (didn’t want to leave it overnight in a random business parking lot for fear of it being towed) and called AAA for a jump. Got there and it actually started on it’s own. Felt dumb but he tested the battery anyway and it’s all good. Said sometimes in the newer cars they sorta recharge a little on their own when they sit since the electronics release whatever was held back to the battery. Might be BS but either way, it’s all fine. I just got back and he’s on his way.<\/p>\n
Neither of us is well yet but at least the immediate concerns are taken care of. I’m hoping I feel better tomorrow because I have to go no matter what – I have my annual review. Great timing. Anyway, that’s the update. Back into pj’s I go…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
