Both were taken with my Canon “Nifty Fifty” (50mm f/1.8) lens. I find it takes awesome cat photos with very crisp detail. I’m sure Canon didn’t develop the lens specifically in mind for cat photos but hey, lucky outcome! 
Gracie looks a lot like my Moe. Her eyes are amazing! Both of them are very striking.
