I spoke to a gentleman today – who was near 80 by the way – who had his roof collapse as a result of snow. The roof was being held up by 2×4's and he was waiting to see if the trailer was going to be condemned or not by the insurance company. In the meantime, two more storms are on the way and he wasn't sure the place would hold up and permit them to continue living in there during such weather.
Here in Florida today, it's 73F and sunny.
It's so strange sometimes the differences around the country. He's up in New England and I'm in Florida and today my worry is that my air conditioning is working and his is whether or not the remains of his roof will stay on his home.
Surreal.
