Woke up this morning dizzy. Slight headache, bad visual distortions, dizzy, disoriented, kinda nauseous. No clue why. Spent two hours trying to relax and feel better. Didn’t work. Had to call my boss because I honestly didn’t feel safe to drive. I can’t even walk across the room without hitting the wall. I’m so unbalanced….
