There are people on the net that have nothing better to do
with their time
then be nasty to other people online. They post rude comments, spend hours
a day talking about sites they hate so much, that they well, spend hours a
day talking about them. (lame) They mock the owners and posters for their
opinions and their right to free speech. They expect everyone to fit into
their narrow-minded little world view or else they throw a temper tantrum.
To these people I say grow up.
Here's a bit of info people...the web is
a HUGE place. If you don't like what I say here, or who I am, or what I
do, or talk about, or what I look like, or the color of my hair, or
whatever asinine thing you dwell on, go somewhere else. It's
really, really easy. Honest. You just click the little "x" in
the corner of your browser and *poof* the offending, big, mean and nasty
site has disappeared.
I pay for this site. It's mine. That
means I can use it for whatever the hell I want to. Don't like it if I'm
bitching about something in my life? Oh fucking well. Go somewhere else.
Think I'm stupid for expressing my thoughts? Too fucking bad, don't read
them. Somewhere along the line, someone forgot this simple fact: Live
and let live Don't like me, cool, fine, whatever, I don't care.
This journal is NOT for you. It's for me. I'm not in it for popularity or
fame or anything stupid like that. I write it because I need to write and
express myself and get things out of my head sometimes. So read or don't,
it doesn't matter, but don't waste my time (or yours) bitching about it.

A Little Bit of This; A Little Bit of That First off, a belated thanks to songtoisis for the super cool package of Disney pins. For those of you who don't know, I collect Disney pins and have for a couple years now. I've gotten some in the parks on various visits, won some on ebay, traded for some with cast members, etc. But I've never had anyone send me a care package of them before!
Look at those lovely eight pins!
songtoisis you may remember, was also the lovely lady who organized the full moon swaps community (which several of you have joined!) and who was my sendee half of the swap for September. (Remember this entry with the cool photo of what she sent?)
So anyway, she's a dear. And I had to thank her for sending the pins. I thrilled to open the package and just stare at the pretty, pretty pins. ;) Big thanks for the lovely and generous mail surprise. I miss getting mail and so it was wonderful to not only get some but something so amazingly cool as this.
In unrelated news, Monday I'm heading back into the dentist. I don't have enough for all the work yet but I have some (I've got around $500ish ofthe $850ish I need) and so I can at least start and try to get some of it taken care of. I'm so not looking forward to it. I hate the dentist and all the years of braces, surgeries and work has only made me more afraid of it rather then less. Ugh, I'm already getting sick just thinking about it.
And....another reminder that it's almost October. Which means Halloween is coming up on us. It'll be here faster then you think. So please keep in mind my custom horns for your Halloween costume needs.
I'll be listing some on ebay but it's always cheaper to buy them direct because I have to add service charges to my ebay auctions to cover costs. I've already had a few emails of interest so I hope it'll expand and I can try to make some much-needed funds this month. Last two years they've sold really well and I've had happy customers in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe. If you're outside the US, please keep mailing time tables in mind and get your order in early so we don't have to rush ship it. (That costs way too much.) Feel free to email me too if you have an idea or want a different color or style or size that you don't see on the samples.
Ok, well, I need to straighten up around here a bit so I'm off. TTFN.
