Festival of the Masters
Saturday we went out to Downtown Disney for the 37th Annual Festival of the Masters art show. It’s a great free show they do for one weekend in November each year. Last year we didn’t make it after breaking down on the side of I-4 but no such problem this year.
Here’s a few random images.

A Mickey Mouse topiary pours water into a fountain and it artistically spills out to other pots.

The sun peaking out close to sunset, illuminating some tall palm trees by the Cirque du Soleil theater. “Cirque du Soleil” means Circus of the Sun.

After the festival, we went over to the Magic Kingdom literally for just an hour. I had to pick up something and took advantage of already being in Orlando. I took a couple shots of Cinderella Castle all lit up in the Dream Lights; thousands of icicle lightning covering every inch of the Castle. It’s amazingly beautiful.
It’s always nice to get out and do something and the weather has been positively perfect lately which really helped.

I’m always amazed at the work chalk artists do… and they always do it on the pavement so the rain washes away their wonderful work.
I know! To spend so much time making something so beautiful…and it’s so temporary.
