Uh-oh. Etsy apparently realized I haven’t paid my bill since…um, well, you see what happened was…October.
It is important that you pay your outstanding balance in full if you have not already done so. If you do not pay your bill your selling privileges may be revoked at any time.
To pay your bill, log in to your Etsy account, then go to Your Account > Your Bill. (If you’ve already paid this bill – thank you!)
If we do not receive payment from you we also reserve the right to engage a third-party collections agency to help us collect this payment.
For more information, read the Billing FAQ: http://www.etsy.com/sell/fees
Etsy depends on sellers like you to pay our fees in a timely manner. Your payments enable us to maintain the website and offer enhanced features. You are a valued Etsy seller and we look forward to receiving your payment.
*cough* So, you know a lot has happened since October and well, my sales cash has gone towards that whole “surviving” thing and while I kept meaning to drop them some cash…well, my medical bills and such took precedence.
So now my bill is $225 – oh and 41 cents. Don’t forget the 41 cent part.
If I don’t pay it, I can’t get sales but if I don’t get sales, I definitely can’t pay it. (And if I DO get sales, I kinda need that money for bills.) Why does money suck so damned much? Or, more accurately, why does money suck so damned much when you don’t have any??
This is when it gets serious. I’ve been
ignoring deferring payment for awhile now and it’s been all sad face in my admin panel this whole time. But now with the email…ugh. I’m going to lose my shop – and soon. Problem is when that happens, everything is pulled it shows 0 listings and your links go to 404. Total fuck you for anyone who finds your item from previous linkage/pimpage elsewhere.
Going to go get myself in a funk in the corner now. :/
